Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, intact, in salable condition, and include all original labels and packaging.
If the return is initiated by the customer (for personal reasons), the return shipping is at the customer's expense. This includes any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes. We strongly recommend purchasing postal insurance and a tracking number to ensure the package arrives safely.
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, Hudson Supplies Corp will cover the return shipping costs.
